DESCRIPTION: A 60min online class designed to support physical and mental well-being on and off the mat. 

We focus on alignment in strengthening &amp;amp; releasing movement and postures, using breath control through fluid movement and meditation and finding flow state on and off the mat. 

By bringing various yoga lineages together to create intuitive Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin sequences, these online classes are suitable for all levels as modifications are offered. 

You are able to make a booking up to 2 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferred. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. If you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the Zoom app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in. If you are not sent the Zoom link for any reason, please check your spam and also you will find the link listed on this class schedule page.

If you have not practiced with Adrianne at Indyoga, we kindly request you to complete a Health and Fitness Form and Liability Waiver which is available for completion below. Please complete this form before attending the class.
