DESCRIPTION: These classes are suitable for beginners who wish to take their first step with Yoga and all levels who enjoy a 'back to basics' approach and a slower paced Hatha/Slow Flow practice. We focus on alignment in strengthening & releasing asana, using breath work through movement and meditation.

Block bookings are available for 10 classes taken within a 3 month period at £90 and a drop in price of £10. Free parking is available and mats & props are provided in a wonderfully welcoming community environment.
