DESCRIPTION: By bringing various yoga lineages together to create intuitive Vinyasa Flow sequences, these classes are suitable for beginners and all levels. We focus on your alignment in strengthening & releasing asana, using breath control through fluid movement and meditation.  

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom, please download and register within the app and you can continue practicing Yoga in the comfort of your own home. You will be sent an email with a weblink to connect online 15 - 30 minutes before the class starts
