DESCRIPTION: Our final class before we break for Christmas and the New Year. Join us for a little merry movement, happy hips and Christmas cheer to celebrate the Winter Solstice! Bring some nibbles and drinks for after class. 

This class is suitable for beginners and all levels as modifications are offered. 

You are able to make a booking up to 1 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferable, and credit card payment is available. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. However, if you cancel within 6 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.

These classes will be live-streamed via Zoom. Please download the app and you will be sent an email with a weblink 30 minutes before class starts to log in.
