DESCRIPTION: A monthly members-only wellbeing session designed to nourish mind, body and life.
This is a warm, supportive space to slow down, connect and explore different aspects of wellbeing in a relaxed and welcoming environment — with tea, journaling, sharing and practical tools you can take into everyday life.

Each month we will explore a different wellbeing theme, such as:
