Our Restorative Gentle Flow Yoga class is taught by InJoy Yoga and MultiDimensional Yoga Founder Rosanna Kalliabetsos.

Gentle yoga is an ideal way to practice, whatever your age and ability. Classes are suitable for men, women and teens, ‘newbies’ and those who have attended our beginner course, women looking to conceive and menopausal women, people suffering with health issues and pain or recovering from surgery.

This is gentle but effective yoga for chronic pain - such as back ache, sciatica, or neck, knee and shoulder pain. It is beneficial for recovery from sports injuries, accidents and surgery. It is also great for those who may have fertility problems.

This class is suitable for blood pressure and cardiovascular issues. It is also perfect for postural, core strength and alignment issues. You'll benefit from relaxation and meditation techniques that you can put to daily use

A 4 week block consists of 4 classes in 4 weeks. If you are unable to make the class, you are invited to attend any other class instead before your expiry date.

No extensions past block expiry date

All yoga equipment is provided.

Our Adult classes are held via the left hand side entrance - there is a pathway towards the left of the church which leads to Churchill Road. Halfway down this pathway is a door to your right with four steps up to it. The door should be open for you, if not there is a bell to the right.

A gentle, safe and postnatal class for mothers and their babies from 16 weeks to crawling; a great follow-on class after Mother & Baby Nurture Yoga

Our Baby & Postnatal Yoga classes offer more of an emphasis on postnatal yoga for mum so they strengthen, tone and align after birth as babies get heavier and more demanding!

Classes are nurturing and help to build a strong bond with your baby using light-hearted and effective yoga practices to benefit both of you.
This is an ideal class for newbies and those with previous yoga experience. We provide a safe environment where mothers can stop to feed and tend to their babies at any point. Our supportive classes offer mothers the opportunity to have a few moments of ‘me-time’, some time to bond with baby, to be heard and discuss any mother or baby-related issues, as well as meet other local mums and babies.

All yoga equipment is provided.

Our Mother & Baby Nurture Yoga classes offer the opportunity to calm the mother’s nervous system and soothe baby's transition into the outside world, with therapeutic yoga techniques for both.
Mother’s learn key skills for getting to know the baby's needs with top tips and baby activities specific for newborn developmental stages.
