DESCRIPTION: Join me for a grounding and nourishing hatha & restorative yoga class.

We'll have a little wiggle and a stretch before moving onto some longer, supported restorative postures, followed by a long dreamy savasana. 

We'll find ease and stillness in order to slow down busy brains and soothe frazzled nervous systems. Releasing the energy of the week and setting us up for a fresh and restful weekend.

Expect lots of props, blankets, cosy vibes and a supportive space to rest.

All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice.
