DESCRIPTION: Come along to Intra- and surround yourself with other like-minded practioners who are after a communal space to find their own flow. This is a 90 minute session to which we ask you arrive on time for but can leave earlier in a manner that is respectful to the space (please tidy up after yourself) and to other people (if you leave early please leave quietly and considerately).
