Themed classes will direct the sequence and each class will be online and in person if you can't make the live or would like to repeat the session. Props are extremely useful - grab a blanket, yoga blocks, a bolster or a pillow. Low lighting, aromatherapy oils and some chilled music, chuck on your comfiest Yoga outfit and lets unwind together.
