DESCRIPTION: Intermediate (20th & ★ 27th June) You’re strong enough to hold yourself against the wall and want to build a handstand. These sessions focus on balance, hold time and starting to find freedom away from the wall. Expect technique cues, drills and coaching that actually bridge the gap between wall-dependent and freestanding.

★ 27th June | £5 filming session The final class will be filmed for content purposes. Exactly the same as the intermediate class but the class only costs £5 and has a camera in the corner. It will be non-invasive I promise! 



Ollie is a handstand and movement coach with a background in calisthenics and hand-balancing. These workshops are designed to give you real tools and a system you can take away to use in your own training.
