Trained with Siddhi Yoga and inspired by HotPod yoga, she shapes her classes around what her clients tell her they need: dynamic where you want energy, slow where you need to soften.

Charlotte moved from Norfolk in June 2026, bringing her yoga and sound bath skills with her. She's thrilled to join such a lively community of practitioners and students, and sees the buzz of the city as the perfect backdrop for a little stillness.
