DESCRIPTION: Camilla is coming back to Iriness Yoga and Wellbeing to offer soothing sounds to wind down before the weekend arrives. This Sound bath will be the first in 2022 and we are so joyful to invite you to join us!

The Sound Baths will be held periodically on Friday evenings, to invite deep rest. Offering the opportunity to process and let go of any stresses, physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, that may have built up over the week. 

The sounds are lovingly composed from the Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, Gong, Koshi chimes, Monochord, music and light percussion. 

Camilla will choose a collection of different instruments for each sound bath experience to follow the flow of her intuition. 

Participants will be invited to provide an intention for direction and clarity. (This, of course, is optional.)
