DESCRIPTION: Diving into the world of fascinating backbends: anatomically and physically. Understanding different aspects of the backbends and exploring backbending postures of the Primary and Intermediate Series of Ashtanga vinyasa  yoga. 

Recommended for all our students and those practising yoga more than 6 months systematically. Yoga teachers are welcome - its an accredited CPD course with YAP - guided by the Senior yoga teacher and Teachers trainer, Irina Pashkevich.
