Looking to try something new and fun? This class is for you. Join us for Aerial Hoops - increase your grip & upper body strength as well as improve your flexibility. This class will leave you feeling super great and wanting for more. Healthy back is essential for this class. Class begins with a heat generating warm up followed by Aerial Hoops moves and poses; Sweet stretching routine at the end of the practice guaranteed.

Wear: Comfortable sports clothing – tops with short or long sleeves as well as leggings (shorts & cropped tops are not advised for this class)
Equipment: Yoga mats & other props provided
Please bring a towel
