If you are a yoga practitioner looking to improve your strength and endurance, we have a perfect class for you.

During this Total-Body HIIT class you will:

- build total-body strength
- boost your endurance
- get a fun, rewarding workout

What to expect:

- use of suspension training
- body weight/light weight exercises using elastic bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, etc
- high intensity bursts of dynamic exercises
- short periods of active recovery
- guided post workout stretching
