This is a unique all-levels class combining Vinyasa Yoga Flow with the use of Trapeze Rig.
What to expect? Energising full body yoga-based workout incorporating core & upper body strengthening exercises using Trapeze. This class will leave you feeling stronger, more toned and accomplished. Bonus - sweet relaxation at the end.
