This class is all about stretching. You will hold each pose for 2-3 minutes: seated or lying down on your mat. Designed for both: yoga practitioners and athletes. Prevent injury, recovery better and improve performance by addressing flexibility, stretching and stability. Expect: dimmed lights, chilled tunes and 60min of sweet goodness.

Studio door closes 5min BEFORE the class. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the class.
