This class is based on Geeta Iyengar's basic course (available in the center). The postures are taught in a dynamic but also safe way. As a beginner, they are the best lessons to start with. As an advanced student, it is an ideal opportunity to deepen your foundations.

What do you need for class?
-Provide a quiet place where you can practice in front of your smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer.
-It is important that your WiFi connection is stable!
-It is useful to have a yoga mat, (kitchen) chair, a blanket or (bath) towel, preferably near a piece of wall or door.

How does it work?
- Half an hour before the start you will receive the link to Zoom by e-mail.
-Click on the link.
It is not necessary to install Zoom in advance, it also works on your browser and you will be taken there automatically.
