DESCRIPTION: JOIN ANAT FOR A SENSITIVE EXPLORATION OF THE FEMININE EXPERIENCE | Our needs evolve naturally through the different stages of life, including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and elderhood. During each of these phases, Yoga provides a supportive practice tailored to our changing bodies. In the earlier stages, the focus is on the pelvic region, regenerative systems, and hormonal balance. As we age, the emphasis shifts to enhancing joint mobility, bone stability, and maintaining a tall healthy posture, despite the gravitational pull. As emphasized by Geeta Iyengar, &amp;#34;when women align their breath with their practice, they cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection to their bodies.
