DESCRIPTION: This is a mixed level class that advances the understanding of students who have taken an intro series. We practice standing and seated poses, forward and back extensions, as well as inversions. 
A class pass covers the entire seven week series and may be used to take other classes on the schedule during the same time period. No refunds except for real emergencies.
