DESCRIPTION: This is a mixed level class that advances the beginning students’ understanding of Iyengar Yoga. We practice standing and seated poses, forward and back extensions, as well as inversions. 
A class pass covers the entire five class series. It may be used to take other classes on the schedule during the same time period. No refunds except for real emergencies. .
