DESCRIPTION: Combined class: Prenatal and Partner class - your partners can join this as well.  The focus will be on partner work and how to support the female body when going through different phases of labour. But you can join on your own like a regular prenatal class as it will be beneficial also as we are doing breath work and restorative postures as well.

There is also the option to join online if you prefer.

You can pay with your pregnancy class card and also book for your partner - just book the class twice!
