For people with MS or other movement challenges - but also for everybody with challenges that affect the nervous system in some way. Discover how learning yoga can help you deal with your present condition. Beginning students are very welcome, but anyone with an open mind can benefit from these sessions.

If possible, we strongly encourage you to come to both morning sessions

Though individual cases vary, symptoms often manifest in similar ways. Based on ability, we will address principles and strategies to enhance body mobility and stability while cultivating strength and offering symptom relief through Iyengar Yoga.
