Jade on Yoga Terms and Conditions
Class Passes Terms and Conditions
Yoga class passes have a 1 month expiry date. The pass expires when it is used for the class.
The Yoga Monthly/Quarterly Membership
1. JadeOnYoga works hard to ensure all classes are held according to the latest timetable and will endeavour to give notice before making changes. However, the schedule is subject to change or be cancelled without notice. JadeOnYoga is not liable to refund or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed, or cancelled for any reason but will offer the student to book another class for no extra charge. All classes require a booking.
2. The minimum term for JadeOnYoga Monthly Membership is four/twelve consecutive weeks and there is no option to suspend membership prior to this time frame unless by the discretion of JadeOnYoga.
3. This membership allows you to participate to one class each week (for one or three months).
4. As a monthly member, you are not charged for not showing up to a class you have booked, but we ask you to be mindful when scheduling and respect the class and teacher by making every effort to come to class. Six hours notice is the preferred cancellation time frame.
5. JadeOnYoga Monthly/Quarterly Membership can only be used by one person.
6. You will receive an email seven day prior to the end of your subscription to renew the membership.
7. By signing up to the JadeOnYoga Monthly Studio Membership you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions.
Waitlist
When placing yourself on the ‘waitlist’ for a class, it is your responsibility to monitor your emails as The Yoga Studio will email you as soon as someone cancels their space. This can happen up to 2 hours before the class is due to start. Please note that the 2 hour cancellation policy is still in place, if your plans change and you no longer wish to attend it is advised that you cancel your waitlist spot so that you are not charged as a ‘late cancel’.
Purchase Policy
All classes/services are paid for online or in cash before class starts.
If you are unable to register and book online you will be required to fill in a registration form so you can be loaded you into our online booking system
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to cash, how ever we are happy to transfer the gift voucher to another member or new student.
Returns / Refunds
The Yoga Studio requires 12 hours notice for any class cancellations. Any refunds for classes cancelled after this time is at the discretion of The Yoga Studio. It is the clients responsibility to cancel a booked class through the MOMOYOGA online booking system or app.
I do not except cancellations via email or text.

Privacy Policy
Jade On Yoga respects your personal information and will not sell it at any time to any person/business. All information sourced is for our business use only. All information online is secure through MINDBODY Online and any registration forms filled out in person are filed in a safe place.
Liability Waiver
When creating an account and/or attending a Jade On Yoga class/retreat or workshop you are agreeing that:
1. Though unlikely, I understand that participating in an exercise class involves risk of injury; I agree that I am responsible for any injuries sustained by me as a result of my participation in this class (including prenatal) or any future classes I attend at The Yoga Studio.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical physician prior to my participation in any yoga class offered by Jade On Yoga.
