DESCRIPTION: BYOB - Bring your own baby!  If you've recently had a baby and need to get moving again, and most importantly - get out the house! Feel free to bring your little one along to a Yoga class. 
PLEASE BE AWARE - This is not a 'Do Yoga with your baby' class, this is a 'Do a Yoga class and pop your little one in a quiet corner so you can get a practice in' type of class.
Baby's must be UNDER 6 MONTHS and be comfortable staying in a car seat/baby carrier for the duration of the class, or baby play mat.
