Gong baths are enhanced by a Full Moon as the lunar energy increases from the New Moon towards the Full Moon and perfect conditions are created to reflect and let go, allowing all stagnant energy to be released by deep vibration into the cells of the body. A Full Moon Gong Bath can be given up to two days before the Full Moon which is on 21 September otherwise know as Corn/Harvest Moon. 

Sound therapy (gong) is all about vibration, it strengthens the nervous parasympathetic system and slows the brain waves down creating sound conditions for deep relaxation.  

The gong that Sam will be playing is tuned into the frequency of planet Pluto, a Pluto gong. Pluto is a great healing gong, it goes deep down into the self and breaks down the old, it represents the journey of the Phoenix and the death of the redundant.
