Any fears , disbelief, or disempowering thoughts about ourselves, instead , take a moment to remember that the dark times of not last forever , lights will always return.

Join me in this special class to light a candle to honor ourselves , our ancestors and our lives . Let us welcome the light into our hearts to shine through so we can lit someone else's darkness.

This class is deep nourishing , we will practice Yin yoga poses to allow us to let go of what really doesn't serve us .
