DESCRIPTION: Come and join me in the Shala on Sunday 26th July for a day of yoga , healthy lunch and get together .

We will gather at 09:30 am for a 10 am start , we will practice for 2.5 hours until 12:30 then we will break for 1.5 hour for lunch , this will be provided by JC as well .
We will resume at 14:00 for another 2.5 hours of yoga .

Schedule 

Morning Session 
10:00-12:30 - Full Spectrum Practice , this will include some arm balances , standing postures & back bend 

Lunch 
12:30-14:00
buffet style lunch provide by JC , all food will be vegetarian and vegan option of course , includes tea , coffee and soft drinks 

Afternoon Session 
14:00-16:30 - Hips, twist and forward fold .

Investments
