DESCRIPTION: We are approaching the threshold of winter . 

Life is being drawn into the earth , painlessly descending down into the very heart of herself & we as human being , we are called to do the same , the pull to descend into our bodies , into sleep , darkness and the depths of our own inner caves.


This , we find very scary , we fear the emotions , we fear past events & how they stored in the darkest cave of our own self not wanting to face them , then we choose to avoid them .

Join me on the 21st December for a special Rasa Yoga class to celebrate the Winter Solstice.

The winter solstice time is no longer celebrated as it once was , with the understanding that this period of descent into our own darkness was so necessary in order to find our light .

That true freedom comes from accepting who we are with forgiveness and love what we have been through .
This is a time to rest and deep reflection, a time to wipe the slate clean as it were and clear out the old so we can walk into spring feeling ready to grow...

Time to skip without chains around our ankles tied the caves in your soul , a time of nourishment and love.
Time to Reconnect , Relearn & Reclaim 
Time to Rebirth , Love & Kindness
Time for Inner Peace & Unburdening

Instead of 
Time of Fear 
Time of Dread
Time of Depression and Avoidance 

We will come together to practice Yoga Asana , Mudra , Pranayama & to chant Mantra .We will set our intentions to welcome the lights , as we accept the darkness, we will go deep within the self to Rebirth from the very deep core of our beings to reveal the soul beauty & shine from within .
