Rasa is a Sanskrit word that means “essence, juice, taste, nectar and fulfillment of the soul.” 

Rasa Yoga is a soulful fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy.

NATARAJA - The Cosmic Dance 

Nataraja is the God of Cosmic Dance. He is the form of Lord Shiva as the King Dancer of the AnandaTandava, the dance of Bliss. His form is a map of the 5 acts of life: creation, sustenance, dissolution, concealment and revelation. When Nataraja breaks out into ecstatic dance, all the worlds come to life
As Nataraja (Sanskrit: Lord of Dance) Shiva represents apocalypse and creation as he dances away the illusory world of Maya transforming it into power and enlightenment.

The symbolism of Siva Nataraja is religion, art and science merged as one. In God's endless dance of creation, preservation, destruction, and paired graces is hidden a deep understanding of our universe.
