DESCRIPTION: This is a traditional Hatha Yoga class that will take you back to basic foundations of yoga that will help on your journey . 

Hatha in Sanskrit means force , or the yoga of activity , and as &#039;sun&#039; ( Ha) &amp; &#039;moon&#039;(Tha), the yoga of balance . Hatha practices are designed to align and calm the body , mind and spirit in preparation for meditation .


When we are deeply Rooted to Mother Earth , we can Rise to any challenges that we face in our life . During this practice we will learn how to ground ourselves , how to overcome obstacles &amp; turn them into opportunity . 

This class will focus on standing Asanas &amp; the power of our Breath , we will specifically pay attention into the warrior poses , Warrior 1,2,and 3 . 

We will learn to rise with strength , we will weave the stories of the Virabhadra into the practice &amp; learn how to cultivate the mind of the warrior , while we remain unattached to the outcome as we learn to stay centred &amp; work through our own physical , mental &amp; emotion limitations.
