When we turn inward , we allow ourselves to be seen fully through the soul of the eyes that connect us to the soul of our own being - The heart centre , Anahata - The heart Chakra .

Focusing on the quality of the Goddess Lakshmi , we will have the opportunity to come home , to the self , to free ourselves from the knots of the hearts , to liberate our souls from the heavy burdens & the stagnant energy that weigh us down . 
Lakshmi help us to recognise the Abundance that exists in our lives , the importance of balancing the giving and the receiving & how to recognise our own worthiness. 

During this workshop , we will explore Asana that opens our heart centre , we will chant Mantras & share sacred story to awaken our soul beauty that resides in each one of us .

There will be time to reflect & appreciate the abundance of things that already exist in our life .

This will be a magical journey to the heart , to the self and to say YES to LOVE
