This class encompasses playful and dynamic sequences, passive/restorative stretches, pranyama, mindfuless and relaxation.
Beginners are welcome as students are encouraged to work at their individual level of ability.

In this class we focus on deep stretches to open the body up, aiding in injury prevention and improving muscle recovery time. We also include some core work to increase strength and stamina, and stability in the body.
