DESCRIPTION: This class will be suitable for all levels and will be a fusion of styles (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin). There will be options to modify each position to suit your practice, ability and energy levels.

I will be doing my very best to make sure the studio is a safe space for you to practice during the on-going uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus. You will be required to bring your own mat and any props that you'd like, such as a blanket or cushion.

No hands on adjustments or Savasana massages will be given until further notice, but I'll of course guide you through class with lots of verbal cues and love.
