DESCRIPTION: That’s right - I’m inviting you to join me for an evening of yoga, cheese and wine!

We’ll first go through a fun Friday flow together and after, we’ll grab a bolster, get comfy and enjoy a casual and relaxed evening chatting over a glass (or two) of natural wine, while nibbling on some amazing New Roots vegan cheeses. There will also be a spread of sides to accompany your cheese including dried and fresh fruits, nuts, olives, sundried tomatoes, veggies, and bread and crackers.

This event will take place in the studio where I can safely observe the current social distancing measures.

A non-alcoholic drink will be available for anyone who would prefer. Please let me know in advance.
