- the full HYT sequence including adjustments for your body/needs
- digital handout with the sequences, yoga nidra and anti-stress excersises
- 1 audio Yoga Nidra 
- 5 healthy recipes 
- HYT sister circle events
After this course you will be able to do your HYT self practise at home and experience the wonderful benefits. 

This HYT course is divided in 2 sessions. 
Part 1: Sunday August 21st | 09.00 - 12.00
Part 2: Sunday September 11th | 09.00 - 12.00
Price: SRD 1200,- (incl digital handout, snack & drink). 

This course is suitable for all women (18+yrs).
