A Vinyasa yoga class suitable for all abilities and levels of experience.
Vinyasa yoga is often referred to as 'flow yoga' because of the smooth way in which the yogi transitions between asanas/poses, often achieved by linking breath with movement. The classes will energise and restore both the body and mind and include asanas and flows which are designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Vinyasa yoga is an excellent form of exercise in its own right, but also compliments other exercises and sports.
