This is an online class. You will be sent a link to this class via momoyoga 30mins before the start of the class. The class is run via zoom - please make sure you have downloaded the software https://zoom.us/ before the class starts and get familiar with it.
The class will end exactly on 40 mins eg: zoom cuts out after 40 mins.

I am unable to help with IT issues so please arrive at on time, there is a waiting room to add yourself up to 30mins before the class starts to test any issues.
