This class helps you unlock greater freedom in your movement by improving alignment, mobility, and mind-body control. You&#039;ll build a deeper connection with yourself, guided by your breath, to enhance posture, balance, and coordination. The Bodylight®️ practice offers an opportunity to cultivate a sense of inner calm and physical well-being. Our instructor, Sharon, ensures that everyone receives personalised guidance within a supportive, small group setting.
