The practice begins with a flowing Yang sequence designed to build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate focus through mindful movement and breath. This active portion of the class helps create warmth in the body, release tension, and prepare you for deeper relaxation.
In the second half of the class, you&#039;ll transition into the nourishing stillness of Yin Yoga. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently release, improve flexibility, and target the deeper connective tissues. As the pace slows, you&#039;ll have the opportunity to settle into a state of calm, rest, and restoration.
By combining movement with stillness, Yin Yang Yoga offers a well-rounded practice that leaves you feeling balanced, grounded, and refreshed—energised by movement and restored through relaxation.
