A gentle, grounding yoga class for mums and bubs up to crawling age. 🌿
A little space to slow down, breathe, stretch and reconnect with yourself, while your little one is there with you.

Come as you are, move your body, have some time for you, and connect with other mums who are in the same beautiful (and sometimes messy!) season of motherhood. 🤎

After class, stay for a cuppa, a chat and a little something to eat. Tea & snacks will be provided, because mums deserve to be nourished too. 🫖✨
