As a somatic therapist, she’s been studying healing, wellness and using mindfulness to work with mental health. She is on a personal mission to normalize healing and change culture through nourishing our collective vulnerability. 

Her yoga classes are a welcoming, vibrant community space that celebrate  permission to be yourself, Infuse your practice with Bhakti song, and enjoy an all levels vinyasa flow.
