DESCRIPTION: This All Levels class is designed to keep TSV Staff healthy and mobile all season long. 
The Winter Ski Season can take it's toll on the body. We start in December by building strength, stability while exploring range of motion and flexibility. As the season progresses we continue these goals and add ways to de-stress, down regulate the nervous system, and ease overworked muscles. 

Whether you are new to yoga or have an avid practice, this class can help keep you going all season long. AND - don't fret, this class is held indoors. 

Some mats and props available to share. Please bring yours if you have them.
