DESCRIPTION: Luminous Joy Yoga is a gentle movement class that combines yoga and QiGong.  The class starts with a 3 centers meditation.  This class is great for all levels of yogi and provides a good stretch rather than a workout.
The location for class is in my backyard.  Coffee and tea will be served after class.  Please bring your own mat and towel.
