DESCRIPTION: This Gentle Vinyasa class is designed to support you during postpartum, and the real, lived experience of motherhood.  Through education, yoga, nervous system support, and community-centered care in a space where you can soften, be held, and build.  This class is donation based, because moms should have a community of support regardless of their financial status.  Babies welcome!
