DESCRIPTION: Experience the beauty of Jardin Du Soleil Lavender farm. A fun, come-as-you-are community yoga practice, medium-paced, and often energizing. We take time to set up proper alignment within a posture and flow, linking our movements with breath awareness.

This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels, working on a balance between strength and flexibility. Relaxation is incorporated at the end of every class to leave you feeling recharged and connected to your center.

The Suggested Donation is $20 per class (no one is turned away for lack of funds). Pre-register to be notified in case of cancellation, or just show up if it's a nice day. Cash or check to BMY+, Venmo, or PayPal (through the Momo registration app).
