DESCRIPTION: There will be an option to gather at the exact time of the solstice, @ 7:03 am for tea, meditation/ contemplation, and sharing or a sunrise 7:31 am nature walk (weather permitting). We will then gather in the studio from 8-10 am (you are welcome to come at this time if 7 am is too early) for a supported gentle yoga using blankets and cushions, and guided relaxation (yoga nidra) with healing Reiki energy. Tarek will use the instruments to carry vibrations and help our nervous systems unwind stress. $60
