DESCRIPTION: Mixed Levels Flow-A fun, come as you are community yoga practice, medium-paced, often energizing. We take time to set up proper alignment within a posture and flow, linking our movements with breath awareness. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels, working on balance between strength and flexibility. Relaxation is incorporated at the end of every class to leave you feeling recharged and connected to your center.

*In the event of rain we will try and use the large covered picnic area nest to Guy Cole Center/ the dog park. I will show up early to sweep and check for availability and text everyone a half hour before class.
