DESCRIPTION: This 7 week series will explore 1 of the main 7 Chakras (Sanskrit for energy center) per week. We will learn about the physical and energetic anatomy and experience our practice through this lens. Starting week 1 with the root and ending with the crown. We will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and sounds that help us stay balanced and healthy in each of these centers as well as how we relate to ourselves and the world. $75 for 7 classes, this is the cost for 5 in case you need to miss 1 or 2 out of the series.
