DESCRIPTION: I have decided to combine 2 of my creative passions to offer this wonderful workshop. Arts and crafts and of course yoga. We will start with about an hour of yoga and intention/ affirmations and then paint on rocks/ stones. You can take your time with one bigger more detailed piece, 3 medium or a set of smaller stones that can be used for your alter/ yoga practice or meditations. Let your imagination run wild, with color, texture, patterns, inspiration quotes, phrases, single words or specific affirmations can also be included. Bring small pictures, cut outs or gems if you would like to seal them on with mod podge or just a list of your favorite quotes. Everything you need will be provided and set up for you. If you don´t think of yourself as creative or if you do, either way you are welcome and we will have fun getting messy together. If you need more time to finish your project no prob and I will be spraying all with a finish to seal in your creative energy and preserve your finished product to take home. If weather allows we will be painting in the fresh air with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Let me know if you need a table and chair, otherwise we will be sitting on the ground so bring an old towel and a beverage of choice. Space is limited to 7 if inside but a fair weather wait list is available if we can be outside. $30, sliding scale available if need be.
